Refund policy
Refunds are initiated and credited within 5-7 business days usually after request accepted. Refund amount will be 2-3% deducted.
Refund of Single session services
Refund request can be initiated within 24 hours of payment done. Afterwards you have to attend the session, but still you can reschedule, postpone or can stay absent not by logging into the link.
Communication & Kidspreneur
Refund or cancellation request are accepted if done before attending the first session. Once the first session is attended by the learner, no refund will be initiated. Also the request should be done within 3 days(36hours) from the time of payment done.
